  • Extensive experience in NHS clinical and administrative systems integration.
  • Deep understanding of NHS business processes, digital systems and data flows.
  • Experience leading digital/technical teams including staffing and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PRINCE2 project approaches.
  • Knowledge of data architectures and integration standards for modern EPR.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development and evolution of the data warehouse, reporting infra and interfaces for EPR.
  • Drive solution designs and integration standards for safe interoperability.
  • Oversee changes, upgrades and interface testing to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Represent the Group in programmes, communicating digital vision and EPR strategy.
  • Provide expert oversight across complex digital projects from data to deployment.
