Job summary

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Medicines Support Officer to help implement Nervecentre ePMA within the EPR programme, improving medicines workflows and patient safety. The role involves system build, testing, user guides, training materials, first-line support, and working with pharmacy, clinical, digital, IT and EPR colleagues to optimise digital medicines.

Responsibilities

Supporting system build, configuration, testing and implementation activity
Helping prepare test scripts, complete testing and record outcomes
Supporting user acceptance testing, upgrade testing and new functionality
Preparing and maintaining user guides, quick reference guides, training materials and communications
Providing first-line support to users, including floor walking during implementation and go-live periods
Recording, categorising and escalating system issues, risks and incidents
Supporting monitoring, reporting, audit and continuous improvement activity
Working closely with pharmacy, clinical, digital, IT, informatics and EPR programme colleagues
Helping users adopt safe, effective and efficient digital medicines workflows
