Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM) – Corporate Performance Management (CPM)

Our client is a leading CPM Consultancy and global solutions provider, experiencing rapid growth following the success of multiple CPM and ERP implementations. Passionate about empowering organisations with business‑leading technology, they deliver long‑term solutions matched with world‑class customer service.

As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering technology‑enabled projects for Finance, including Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Consolidation & Reporting solutions. You’ll work closely with the Project Management Office to ensure projects are on scope, on time, and on budget, while sharing your expertise across the organisation and mentoring junior consultants. This is a heavily customer‑facing role, requiring strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to enable business success through agile planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Design, configure, and implement CPM applications (e.g., Vena FP&A, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, IBM TM1, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP BPC, BOARD MIT)
  • Demonstrate system functionality to prospects and clients
  • Identify and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner to project leads
  • Develop test scripts, training materials, and communication deliverables to support user adoption
  • Work in a team of leading CPM professionals on large‑scale transformation projects
  • Support planning and hiring of BAU/Support teams to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity

Skills & Requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with CPM technologies (Vena FP&A preferred) or similar platforms (Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Infor d/EPM, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, BOARD MIT)
  • Project experience across full implementation lifecycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client‑facing delivery
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Finance background or accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) advantageous
  • Experience providing training in person and remotely, with supporting documentation
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK)
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
