Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on engineer to support production operations in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will maintain and improve epitaxy equipment such as MOVPE/MOCVD systems, manage spares, and drive uptime improvements in a cleanroom setting.

The role requires strong electrical or mechanical engineering background with relevant qualifications or apprenticeship training and significant wafer fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering with relevant qualifications or apprenticeship training.
• Significant experience in a semiconductor or wafer fabrication environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of epitaxy processes such as MOVPE or MOCVD.
• Experience working safely with low and high voltage systems in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to production operations to ensure reliability and performance of epitaxy equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, equipment upgrades and new installations; support tool introductions into production.
• Collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing operations and facilities to optimize uptime and efficiency.
• Lead or support technical initiatives and guide technicians, liaising with suppliers as needed.
