EPA Technician/Invigilator – Motor Vehicle

Salary: £34,004.70 – £36,501.41 per annum (GPS Scale 8, Point 32–34)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Gloucester Campus

About the Role

Gloucestershire College is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented End Point Assessment (EPA) Technician and Exam Invigilator to join our Motor Vehicle and End Point Assessment Team. This exciting role supports the delivery of apprenticeship end point assessments, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the EPA Manager, Coordinator, and curriculum teams, you will prepare assessment areas, manage resources, and uphold exam integrity throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include setting up and clearing down assessment spaces, monitoring learners during assessments, and maintaining compliance standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safeguarding and equality. A Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and a full driving licence are essential. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards is desirable.
