An online pharmacy provider based in Leeds is seeking an Environments & Release Engineer to manage non-production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills and experience with CI/CD tools, as well as knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud technologies. Role: Environments & Release Engineer
Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
Salary: DOE plus extensive benefits

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

Our growing Tech team is looking for a technically astute Environments & Release Engineer. This role will take ownership of our non‑production environments, ensuring they remain healthy, consistent, and ready for change. You’ll keep lower environments aligned with Production through regular code and data copy‑backs, enabling development and testing teams to work with realistic, reliable datasets. This includes managing environment configurations and variables, ensuring they are secure, controlled, and traceable across the estate.
Beyond technical expertise, If you’re someone who thrives on collaboration, communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues, and takes real ownership of their environments, then we would be keen to speak with you!
Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out‑of‑hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.
