Job summary

BAM Infrastructure are recruiting a Project Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our Environmental Sustainability team supporting energy sector projects across Scotland. The role focuses on advising on sustainability strategy, policy, and EMS delivery while maintaining standards through monitoring, reporting and training.

You will build relationships with construction teams, clients and stakeholders, monitor environmental performance, support incident investigations, and contribute to

Qualifications

Degree-level qualification in Environmental Management or equivalent.
3+ years in environmental sustainability advisory roles.
Experience developing EMS and sustainability policy.
Strong knowledge of environmental laws and site operations.
Excellent communication and training delivery.

Responsibilities

Support EMS delivery and sustainability strategy on projects.
Monitor and report environmental performance.
Provide guidance on environmental controls and laws.
Prepare site environmental documentation and records.
Deliver sustainability training.
