This is a front-line, on-the-ground role where you'll spend your working day on foot patrol, identifying environmental offences and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) to members of the public.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working independently, and making a visible difference to local communities.
Waste Investigations Support & Enforcement (WISE) works in partnership with Local Authorities across the UK to tackle environmental crime, including littering, fly-tipping, dog fouling and duty of care offences. Using industry expertise, trained officers and modern technology, we deliver visible, fair and effective enforcement that helps keep boroughs clean and safe.
You'll be outdoors for most of your shift and regularly engaging with the public, so confidence, resilience and professionalism are key.
If you're looking for a role with real responsibility, real impact and no desk-bound routine, help us keep Redbridge clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone.
