Job summary

A leading design and build firm in the UK is seeking an Environmental Specialist to join their environment team. The role involves identifying environmental risks and developing mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should be chartered or working towards chartership, possess a strong understanding of environmental disciplines, and have excellent planning and communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop mitigation measures for identified risks.
  • Plan and coordinate project environmental specialist inputs.
  • Produce environmental deliverables at project milestones.
  • Prepare applications for environmental permits.
  • Lead liaison with environmental regulators.
  • Contribute to environmental improvement projects.
  • Assist in the production and delivery of training.
