New Perspective Senior Living is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and maintain the community's high standards of safety, function, and comfort for residents.

You will oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchens, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with teams to create a welcoming environment where residents can live life on purpose. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and compassionate service.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in trades or facilities management.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen systems.

As the Environmental Services Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring that our community's physical property is in excellent condition. You will oversee systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchens while managing projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. You'll also play a key role in fostering a welcoming, engaging environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent training/certification with expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen systems
• Valid boiler license or willingness to obtain certification within a specific timeframe
• Strong ability to manage personnel, prioritize projects, and work in a team environment
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or similar health care settings preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to work with electronic devices
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
