Job summary

SEED Environmental Limited in Newmarket is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our Consulting Division. You will deliver cradle-to-grave environmental projects, including fieldwork data gathering, risk assessments, and reporting, while supporting invoicing and budgets.

The role is based in Newmarket with travel to sites across the region. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, strong technical skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience as an Environmental Consultant.
• Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave project management for environmental claims.
• Conduct fieldwork data gathering and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare factual and interpretive risk assessments and reports.
• Manage budgets and invoicing in line with SLAs.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder communications.
