Job summary

Executive Network Group is hiring an Environmental Manager to lead environmental performance on major North and Midlands construction projects. Wakefield or Warrington based, salary £60,000-£65,000 plus a car or car allowance and discretionary bonus.

You will conduct site audits, advise on materials, waste and permits, and support ISO 14001 embedding. This hands-on role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to influence site teams from pre-construction to delivery.

Qualifications

• Environmental experience within construction or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation
• Experience with site compliance, audits, waste, permits and materials management
• Practical, proactive approach
• Confidence to engage and influence project teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits, advise on materials, waste and permits
• Support ISO 14001 and embedding environmental practices
• Collaborate with project teams to translate environmental requirements into action from pre-construction through delivery
• Assist in managing environmental risk across a growing portfolio of projects
