Adler & Allan Ltd is seeking an Installation Engineer to manage projects from the initial survey through to sign-off. You will handle electrical and mechanical installs, CAD design, PLC integration and commissioning, with training available as needed.

The role covers Midlands & South Yorkshire with flexible site work, travel and occasional remote deployments. A strong hands-on engineering approach and BS EN 858-2:2003/ BS 7671 knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualifications (Level 3 NVQ C&G or equivalent).
• Experience delivering engineering installs in environmental or industrial settings.
• Hands-on engineering approach with proven installation jobs under your belt.
• Knowledge of BS EN 858-2:2003 and BS 7671 – 18th Edition.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to conduct surveys of mechanical/electrical/environmental assets to a high standard

Aufgaben

• Lead site surveys and design work using CAD; help plan control panels.
• Install and commission automated environmental systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients on site deployments.
• Carry out system audits and identify improvements or repairs.
• Travel to various sites across the Midlands, South Yorkshire and beyond.
• Support R&D efforts in telemetry and remote monitoring initiatives.
