Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate EH&S training, inductions, and refresher sessions.
• Liaise with external bodies (e.g., HSE, environmental agencies) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support environmental initiatives such as waste management, emissions control, and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and facilities teams to embed safety culture.

Skills & Experience

• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
• Proven EH&S experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
