• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and drive execution.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strategic mindset, with strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working in an international, fast-paced, and pioneering environment.
• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
