Job Description:

This is a unique and challenging opportunity to take on multi-site responsibility across an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its approach to Health and Safety management. Having progressed over the past two years through successful projects to increase manufacturing and headcount, Health and Safety remains a key focus.

While this role is multi-site, it also requires hands-on responsibility for all Health and Safety aspects, not just oversight.

The manufacturing environment's unique nature requires previous experience with radiation and/or radioactivity, including developing consistent procedures and supporting local site challenges to maintain compliance.

The business plans to expand its facilities, and the HSE Manager will be responsible for creating new documentation and processes for implementation.

The position is remote, with travel expected to each site approximately once a month. Flexibility to travel within the UK is essential, and a car/car allowance will be provided.

Initially, in the first 6 months, three days on-site at a South-East facility in Surrey will be required to address immediate challenges.
