Job Description:

This is a unique and challenging opportunity to take on multi-site responsibility across an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its approach to consistent Health and Safety management. Having advanced over the past two years through successful projects to increase manufacturing and headcount, Health and Safety remains a key focus.

While this role is multi-site, it requires hands-on responsibility across all Health and Safety aspects, not just oversight.

The manufacturing environment's unique nature necessitates previous experience in radiation and/or radioactivity, including creating consistent procedures and supporting local site challenges to ensure compliance.

As the business plans to expand its facilities, the HSE Manager will also be tasked with developing new documentation and processes for implementation.

The position is remote, with travel expected to each site approximately once per month. Flexibility to travel within the UK is essential. A car or car allowance is included in the benefits package.

Initially, in the first 6 months, three days on-site at one of the South-East facilities in Surrey will be required to address immediate challenges.

For further information, please contact Mark Bux-Ryan.
