Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru is seeking an Environment Assistant to support the Ceredigion Environment Team in delivering sustainable natural resource management across Ceredigion. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the backbone of the team - handling everything from managing procurement, processing compliance data, and responding to public enquiries. You will gain hands‑on experience in regulatory processes, conservation work, pollution response, and more - all while contributing to the wellbeing of communities and the environment. Driving is essential to this role as it is based in a rural location with poor public transport links and site visits are required. You must hold a full and current UK driving license. As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the NRW office at the above location and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance., In your application and interview you will be asked to demonstrate the following skills and experience using the STAR method.
