Shine Window Care is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician. No experience is necessary, and you’ll receive paid training to learn a valuable trade.

You’ll work in Shine uniforms with provided equipment, drive a Shine vehicle between client sites, and have the opportunity to earn $16.00–$22.00 per hour with commissions and bonuses. Join a team that values light, safety, and service.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customer sites and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• End the day back at Shine office to recap.
