Key Responsibilities for this Sales and Customer Service Role:

• To attend initial skill‑based knowledge sessions in the office to enhance your knowledge
• To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
• To speak with members of the public within face‑to‑face event environments with the main purpose to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of your client
• To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them

Requirements for this Sales Role:

• While customer‑facing experience can be an advantage, it isn’t necessary to succeed – our client values applicants from a wide range of backgrounds
• Must be willing and able to commute daily in London
• Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
• UK resident or eligible to work full‑time (over 20 hours/week) in the UK without restrictions
