Playbook Direct in Manchester is seeking an entry-level Business Development & Sales Representative to kick off a fast-paced, performance-driven career. You’ll learn the Playbook and work directly with UK brands, turning opportunities into results while earning as you grow.

You'll receive structured training, 1:1 mentorship from senior leaders, and clear pathways into leadership and client management. This role emphasizes ambition, drive, and teamwork in a supportive, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Learn how to identify new opportunities and connect with potential customers through face-to-face campaigns at events, pop-ups, and residential areas.
• Customer Engagement – Be the face of our clients. Build genuine connections, listen actively, and present solutions with confidence.
• Sales Execution – Own the full sales cycle. From first contact to closing deals, you’ll take responsibility for results — and enjoy uncapped earnings for your effort.
• Campaign Development & Feedback – Contribute ideas, analyse performance, and help shape future strategies.
• Teamwork & Collaboration – Train, share wins, and grow with ambitious teammates who’ll push you to be your best.
