Entry Level Sales Assistant - Immediate Start in Birmingham

Role and requirements

Due to massive growth over the last 6 months, our Birmingham based client are looking for enthusiastic, driven and bubbly new talent to join their sales and customer service team. You do not need previous sales or customer service experience, but a can do attitude with fantastic communication skills is a must! Our client is ready to provide you with all the coaching you need if you have the ideal character traits. Perfect for those looking to start their career and gain valuable skills in sales and customer service.

Please note: Candidates must be eligible and available to work full time in the UK.

Compensation

There is an uncapped commission-based model meaning there is no limit to what you can earn in these sales and customer service opportunities. The roles are office-based in the mornings and field-based in the afternoons, with daily commuting to Birmingham. The client expects candidates to work 4-5 full days per week (full-time equivalent).
