Entry Level Sales Assistant - Central Bournemouth

No Experience Required - Immediate Starts Available (Full time Equivalent)

Our client is currently recruiting for Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Assistants, with full-time equivalent availability, to start immediately in their Bournemouth office. They are an award-winning company, known for their expertise in Sales and Marketing and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility, and a can‑do attitude.

Key Attributes

• Must be able to commute to and work within the Central Bournemouth area.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High customer service standards.
• Availability to work 4/5 full days a week (Between Mon‑Sat).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required; previous retail, call centre, customer service, hospitality, warehouse or sales experience is welcome.
• No experience is necessary within this self‑employed role; suitable candidates often come from backgrounds such as Sales, Customer Service, Secretary, Picker, Packer, Assistant, Catering, Hospitality, Warehouse and Admin.
• This role offers a flexible, full time equivalent schedule and financial bonuses and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.
• This role is not suitable for candidates still in education or current international students. Must work 4/5 full days per week between Monday‑Saturday.
