  • Receive and Log: Accurately receive, unpack, and log all returned medical products using our internal computer systems.
  • Maintain Precision Records: Be responsible for maintaining precise digital records of all incoming items and investigations.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our wider team to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
  • Flag and Improve: Identify and flag any trends or issues with returned products to management, and actively contribute to improving our departmental processes.
About You: What You’ll Bring
  • IT Confidence: Solid basic IT skills and confidence in using computer systems.
  • Methodical Mind: A keen eye for detail and a highly methodical, precise approach to your work.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.
  • Education: A minimum of a secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
