You will schedule repairs, liaise with tenants and contractors, update systems, and support the team in a friendly, office-based environment with Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm hours and a salary of £26,000–£28,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments.
• Liaising with tenants, contractors and engineers by phone and email.
• Updating internal systems with accurate job information.
• Monitoring the progress of repair works and ensuring timely completion.
• Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed.
• Supporting the wider team with general administration.
