£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000 - £100,000+)

At Rise Technical, you’ll run a 360 recruitment desk with the mission of changing lives – yours, your clients’ and your candidates’.

Role

Associate Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Win clients, build partnerships, find them the best talent on the market
  • Cold calling, new business development & lead generation
  • Interviewing & managing candidates through the recruitment process
Progression

Target/merit based progression with the opportunity for leadership & Director level roles

Commission

10‑40% of everything that you invoice. Opportunity in year 1 to earn £70k+
