What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with clients and candidates over the phone (most of your day will involve calls).
• Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities across the US.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish – from the first call to the job offer.
• Working towards clear targets and earning great commission for your success.
