Job summary

A bespoke signage company is seeking an Entry Level Production Artworker to ensure accurate artwork and support production tasks. The successful candidate will work on-site in Brackley, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00. Responsibilities include preparing print files and color matching. Full training is provided, and opportunities for career growth are available. Salary is in line with National Minimum Wage, with overtime available.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules.
  • Prepare print/cut files for production, converting AI to PDF/DXF.
  • Delegate tasks to production departments using software tools.
  • Print and create work orders and visuals for production.

My client is a bespoke signage company and due to an ever increasing order book and a recent promotion they are recruiting for an Entry Level Production Artworker

This is a full-time, ON-SITE ONLY, permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Overview
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules
  • Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)
  • Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools (semi-automated process)
  • Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production
  • Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references
  • Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements
  • Full training on in-house processes provided
The Person
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environment
  • Must live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley
