You'll work with our legal and estate planning teams to ensure clarity, compliance, and accuracy for clients through a sensitive and emotive process.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree in Law or related discipline (essential).
• Genuine interest in estate planning, private client work, or building a career in legal services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality, legally sound work.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from legal and estate planning professionals to deliver a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting of wills, LPAs, and estate planning documents based on client instructions and legal best practices.
• Assist with reviewing and revising will drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws.
• Work closely with legal teams to learn how complex estate planning needs are managed.
• Build your knowledge of will-writing regulations, inheritance laws, and industry best practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security when handling client information.
• Provide administrative support across will drafting and estate planning services.
