Protocol Education is recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEND provision in Southend.

The school supports children with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties. Some pupils also have an EHCP or statement of educational needs. No previous school experience is required — just a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

You’ll be joining a dedicated and welcoming team who are committed to inspiring, motivating and supporting every pupil as an individual. A friendly attitude and the ability to build strong relationships quickly is essential.

This is a full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
