Position Details

Protocol Education is recruiting a learning support assistant/teaching assistant for a SEND provision in Chelmsford.

Students have a variety of special needs, including ASD/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD or have identified educational statement. Desire to assist in this area required, but no experience necessary.

All staff inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil. Friendly positive approach and ability to build strong relationships and rapport with individual children important.

Availability

This long‑term full‑time position requires availability 5 days a week between 8:30 am‑3:30 pm.

Remuneration & Conditions

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Advert is for a temporary position; option to make role permanent later possible.
