Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking an entry-level Consultant to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment across life sciences strategy consulting. You will be mentored by senior managers, present to clients, and develop a deep understanding of biopharma dynamics and market access, pricing, and product commercialization.

The role offers hybrid work, with 5 weeks of onboarding in office and staged remote work thereafter.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or MD required.
• Available to start in February, June, July, or August 2027.
• Hybrid work with in-office onboarding and progressive remote work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly analytical and structured problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space.
• Work across a variety of practice areas to learn life sciences strategy consulting.
• Conduct problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach.
• Create templated outputs to support project deliverables.
• Manage a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight.
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support decision-making.
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
