Our client is a well-established and growing sales and marketing company based in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop your skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What They're Looking For

• Aged 18+ with full-time equivalent availability of 4-5 full days per week (Monday-Saturday).
• Able to commute to St Ann's Square, Manchester as required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking face-to-face.
• A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed but not essential .

• Working towards sales goals while developing your communication and customer service skills.

If you're 18+, available full-time, able to commute to St Ann's Square in Manchester and looking for a long-term opportunity, this is a subcontracted role with commission-based earnings. Those with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, marketing, field sales or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply, although previous experience is not essential.
