Kickstart Your Sales Career in Insurance!

🕒 37.5 hours per week

OTE of £30,000+

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a lively, phone-based sales team handling warm enquiries from customers who are actively looking for insurance.

• Speak to customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Understand their needs and offer the right insurance solutions
• Provide accurate quotes across a range of products
• Offer reassuring, empathetic support - especially to elderly or vulnerable customers
• Help customers arrange their cover for the year ahead

You’ll receive full classroom and on-the-job training, with clear progression as you master each product.
