Job summary

Direct Table Foods Limited in Bury St Edmunds is hiring a Food Production Operative to join our production lines. This is a full-time, entry-level position with training provided and clear opportunities for progression into roles such as team leader or supervisor.

Hours are 6am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. Permanent contract offered, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours. We support staff with a canteen, free parking and a bus link from nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Entry level position with potential progression to team leaders or supervisors

• Work on production lines in a food production environment
• Follow instructions and maintain quality and safety standards
