Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is looking for an Early Years Assistant to help create a positive, engaging environment for children. You’ll receive on‑the‑job training and support from experienced team members, helping you grow and develop your skills in a nurturing and dynamic setting.

As part of Busy Bees, you’ll be introduced to the Bee Curious curriculum and join a team committed to safeguarding, inclusivity and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• Experience in early years settings is beneficial.
• A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.
• Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
• Good communication and team-working skills.
