Overview

Join a leading global medical device company in Witney, Oxfordshire, as a temporary Complaints Investigator. This is a highly analytical role focused on ensuring the safety and quality of essential healthcare products. Full training is provided; no prior industry experience is necessary.

Rate: £15.29 per hour

Shift: 4 on / 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM)

Core Responsibilities
  • Investigate Returns: Conduct detailed investigations on returned medical devices to find the root cause of issues. (This is not a customer service role.)
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced computer systems (including MS Excel) to analyse complaint data and identify key trends for proactive prevention.
  • Process Improvement: Help enhance procedures and increase efficiency across quality control efforts.
  • Global Collaboration: Communicate and share insights with global teams.
  • Management Reporting: Flag significant complaint trends for further management investigation.
