What You’ll Do
  • Assist with setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and ID/OD grinders
  • Learn to follow programs and process instructions with guidance
  • Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to inspect parts
  • Follow standard procedures to support consistent, high-quality output
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work closely with supervisors and team leads to meet production goals
