Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Farnborough is looking for an entry-level RS Wheel & Brake Tech 1. You will assist in repairing and certifying aircraft wheel and brake assemblies, requiring basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools. The position works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, offering valuable on-the-job training. This full-time role supports a specialized team in aligning with compliance and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on aircraft components is preferable.
• Must possess basic mechanical skills.
• Experience in sheet metal, hydraulic, and wheel or brake overhaul.

Responsibilities

• Repair and certify aircraft wheel and brake assemblies.
• Maintain tools and equipment in the wheel & brake bay.
• Perform functional and operational tests of components for return to service.
