Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
  • Assist with fault-finding, diagnostics, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing WM Air Conditioning on-site.
  • Learn and grow with guidance from senior engineers and structured training.

Entry-Level Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer | Stanton Harcourt, Oxfordshire | Full Time | £27,250 – £32,000 per annum

Our client, established in 1983, is proud to be the leading HVAC supplier across Oxfordshire, London, and the Thames Valley. They specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting‑edge climate control solutions for homes and businesses.

They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Based in Stanton Harcourt, you’ll be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Interest or basic knowledge in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or engineering systems
  • Relevant training, college, or apprenticeship experience is desirable
  • F‑Gas qualification is an advantage (we’ll fund training if you don’t have it)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
