ASOS is expanding the Topshop and Topman brands with a standalone design team in London. We are seeking a Design Graduate to support the development of the Topshop product offer across multiple categories, from trend research to product creation and fittings.

You will work closely with Designers and Senior Designers, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion business. The role suits someone who is highly organised, creatively curious, and eager to learn from an experienced team.

Qualificações

• Recently completed a Fashion Design degree or equivalent.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent eye for fashion, product and emerging trends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with trend and market research.
• Create mood boards, colour palettes and design presentations.
• Assist CAD development and technical sketch work.
• Prepare design packs and product information for supplier communication.
• Support sample management and organisation.
• Assist with fit sessions and maintaining fit notes.
• Research competitors, emerging brands and cultural trends.
• Support range reviews and product sign-offs.
• Maintain design archives and seasonal inspiration libraries.
• Contribute creative ideas and design solutions within meetings.

Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone cross-functional team within ASOS which is dedicated to unlocking the huge growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. The brands will now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.

The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence with the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.

Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a Design Graduate to join the Topshop Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, trends and product to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced fashion business.

Working closely with Designers, Senior Designers and the wider Design team, you'll support the development of the Topshop product offer across multiple categories. From trend research and concept development through to product creation and fittings, you'll gain exposure to the full design process while developing your creative and technical skills.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, creatively curious and eager to learn from an experienced design team.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed a Fashion Design degree or equivalent.
• Strong interest in the fashion industry and the Topshop brand.
• Excellent eye for fashion, product and emerging trends.
• Good understanding of shape, colour, fabrication and product development.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas.

We'd Love To See

• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, trend awareness and product thinking.
• Awareness of the contemporary fashion market and competitor landscape.
• Interest in culture, social media, art, music and fashion trends.
• Experience creating CADs, mood boards and design presentations.
