Job summary

Everlast Gyms is inviting qualified Personal Trainers to join as freelance professionals and build a successful business within our UK clubs. You’ll coach members one-to-one, design personalised programmes and use our MOVE onboarding to accelerate client growth.

Leverage an established member base, dedicated marketing support and collaboration with a growing fitness brand. Enjoy autonomy while contributing to a supportive gym culture and ongoing development through CIMSPA partnerships.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)
• Experience in health, fitness and helping people achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes.
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through MOVE programme.
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base.
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events.
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience.
• Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals.
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community.
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture.
