Overview

RnDAO is a venture studio dedicated to CollabTech—AI-native, Web3-enabled tools that make work more human and high-leverage. As an EiR you’ll spend up to 6 months turning a promising opportunity (yours or ours) into a venture ready for MVP funding.

What You’ll Do

• Validate a problem & market — rapid interviews, experiments and landing-page sells.
• Craft the venture thesis — crystallise unique insight, solution concept and GTM.
• Recruit early talent & co-founders from our Swarm and your network.
• Pitch to the Investment Committee; on graduation receive $50k pre‑seed plus hands‑on support for 12 months.
• Contribute to guild discussions (product, growth, token‑econ) and pay forward lessons learned.
