Role: Entrepreneur, COO, CRO, MD - you tell us what works best

Salary: Initially circa £40K - £50K + Equity stake / If you have early success then this can be increased quickly and periodically

Location: Remote, UK based & full right to work

Responsibilities
  • Lead outbound and inbound sales while building new partner networks
  • Develop scalable revenue systems and improve margins
  • Oversee delivery and hiring as revenue grows (account management, marketing/social leads, etc.)
  • Work directly with the founders to prepare the business for investment and international growth
Ideal profile
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally B2B or agency
  • Background in scaling an early stage company (knows when and how to hire)
  • Understands growth levers like pricing, operations and margin improvement
  • Confident leading both commercial strategy and operational delivery
  • Passionate about the AI or digital transformation space
