Job summary

Gremlin LTD. seeks an identity specialist to lead Entra ID projects for clients, from tenant setup to zero trust. You’ll own the design, build it, and explain it to people who don’t know what a claim is, with no hand-offs to implement your vision.

You will design configurations, implement conditional access, SSO/MFA, and manage hybrid identity with Entra Connect, while advising on governance and lifecycle management for production environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Azure AD / Entra ID and identity governance.
• Experience configuring conditional access, SSO, MFA and passwordless.
• Hybrid identity with on-prem AD to Entra ID sync knowledge.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML protocols.
• Ability to explain complex identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Entra ID configurations for client environments.
• Build conditional access policies and zero trust frameworks.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
• Manage hybrid identity with Entra Connect (AD sync).
• Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and access reviews.
• Advise clients on identity governance and lifecycle management.
