  • Type: Full‑Time / Permanent
  • Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus

Key Accountabilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure top‑tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running.
  • Training and Development: Support staff development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.

  • Have previously worked within a leadership capacity within the entertainment industry.
  • Have proven ability to plan and co‑ordinate events and productions.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adapt to any changes.
  • Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Be a high‑energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Our Entertainment Team Managers are required to work 5 or 6 days per week.

Hours will include evenings and weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide "right to work" documents to confirm they are 18+ and can legally work in the UK.

Additionally, successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
