The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology‑focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre‑sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.
As our HR technology practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience of SuccessFactors implementations. This is a high‑profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery, including deep solution/configuration experience across Employee Central.
Leadership & Management: Expected to be a role model to the wider team, showcasing our values, leading by example, and coaching junior management to enable growth within the practice.
Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges: Liaise with stakeholders across the People practice, cross‑collaborate with other teams, and ensure opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
