Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Solution Architect to lead and manage software development projects, creating high-level designs aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture. The role spans cross-functional collaboration, defining scope, and ensuring SDLC best practices are followed.

Responsibilities include producing design papers, guiding technical teams, and ensuring architectural consistency across the program while leveraging existing assets where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture, Design and Development.
• Expertise in .NET, Java, Python, Typescript, AWS, React JS, and Angular.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Insurance domain experience is a plus.
• SDLC principles with Agile methodologies and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects using Java, Python, Typescript, AWS, React JS, Angular and other technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Create high-level designs and solution architecture documents for business requirements.
• Produce option papers and get designs approved with architecture communities.
• Apply architectural principles, design patterns, and integration choices.
• Design solutions to reduce technical debt with enterprise alignment.
• Reuse existing applications, services, and data where possible.
• Coordinate across teams to meet defined scope and deliverables.
