Wordsmith is seeking Deployment Engineers to own technical deployments inside customer environments. You’ll connect Wordsmith with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Salesforce and IAM systems, design data flows, and ensure secure, production-ready integrations.

You’ll work with Legal Engineers and IT teams, addressing security reviews and data-handling requirements while maintaining a high standard of customer-centric problem solving. Edinburgh or London based, hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and integrating enterprise SaaS in customer environments.
• Strong working knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, SCIM provisioning and popular IAM tools.
• Comfortable with APIs, documentation and secure integration patterns.
• Credible with customer IT and security teams and able to defend architecture.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical workstream of each deployment from environment setup to go-live.
• Design data and permissions flow between Wordsmith and customer tools.
• Configure and connect Wordsmith to customers’ wider data stack and security controls.
• Resolve integration issues and provide clear escalation paths when needed.
