We’re looking for a senior Enterprise Risk Management consultant / professional who can help leading law firms and partner‑led organisations build risk management that actually works in practice - not just on paper.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work with senior stakeholders (including Partners, ExCo and Boards) to design, challenge and embed practical risk management. This includes :

• Developing risk strategy, risk appetite, maturity assessments and risk culture
• Designing, validating and enhancing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of defence models
• Strengthening risk & governance frameworks, policies, procedures and controls
• Reviewing committee structures and Terms of Reference
